Your 12-Week Conquer Sprint Program includes:

  • 6 1-hour one-on-one calls with me (one call every other week),
  • A 90-minute initial strategy intensive to start your program off right (includes a visioning & goal mapping exercise),
  • Accountability check-ins that ensure you move forward and feel supported,
  • Full access to me, via WhatsApp, between calls for when you feel stuck, confused, or ready to celebrate,
  • Your own personal coaching portal to house all your Program Materials, notes, schedule, and more,
  • Copies of at least 2 handpicked books which will be effective and helpful on your journey, and
  • Toolkits, worksheets, and other materials tailored specifically to you, as needed.
